MERCHANDISE

We are probably the only educational institution with its own distillery! Operated by the neighboring correctional facility, around 300 liters of spirits are produced per season within our historic walls. For the so-called "Domäne" has a centuries-old distilling right, which is still operated today with much love and craftsmanship.
