For seated events, the festival area will be seated with numbered table sets. There is a free choice of seats at these.

• Please leave large bags (> A4 format) and backpacks at home!
• The provisions of the Youth Protection Act apply. When attending a concert unaccompanied by a person authorised to act on behalf of a parent or guardian, a parental authorisation in accordance with § 1 para. 1 no. 4 of the Youth Protection Act ("Muttizettel") must be presented at the entrance, and at least one accompanying person must be of age for this purpose. In addition, concert-goers must be 7 years of age in any case, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Inform yourself before you travel whether the concert will take place as planned. Travel costs will not be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or postponement.
• At events, volumes above 85dB may occur. Hearing protection is available free of charge at the box office.
• Strobes may be used. This may lead to epileptic seizures.
• The bringing of food and drinks as well as umbrellas and (folding) chairs is not permitted.
