The kitchen team pays particular attention to the ingredients when preparing a meal. Therefore, all ingredients used for a meal are grown locally so that they can easily be traced back to the food producers.
Apart from the quality and flavor of the dish, the food presentation also contributes to the success of a celebration. The visual presentation of food, however, depends on the occasion and guests and hence, it must be carefully matched.
