Meetings can be really time-consuming and long so that some people tune out after a few hours or complain about back pain; simply because extended sitting challenges us both mentally and physically.

With this in mind, the Center for Music, Health and Prevention offers our conference guests at Kapfenburg Castle the right balance between an intensive meeting day and leisure: activity breaks that counteract the negative effects of sitting without sweating.

Training together boosts not only the interaction between your team members but also allows them to get a maximum amount of work done due to an increased power of concentration.

The activity break involves strengthening, stretching, mobility and coordination exercises. The training takes place in your conference room and does not depend on your dress code.

While a fifteen minute trial course is free of charge, the prices of comprehensive activity breaks depend on the duration and the size of the group.
