Guided Tours
The International Music School Academy at Schloss Kapfenburg offers fascinating guided tours by expert guides. Our guides, Esther Hoffmann, Evi Bieg and Willi Haag, have studied the varied history of the castle intensively and know all the anecdotes about the people who once lived here.
From April to September there are regular guided tours open to the public on Sundays and bank holidays at 14.30. The meeting point is in front of the Gatehouse – the main entrance to the castle. We will also be pleased to organise tours for other times by reservation in advance. Please note the public tours are in German only. Tours by reservation can be in English.
At the same time as your guided tour you can visit our restaurant, Fermata. We will be happy to reserve you a table in the restaurant, bar or on our new summer terrace, with a superb view over the town of Lauchheim.
